With the property destruction caused by the California wildfires, we wonder what the real estate value impact will be in the days, months and years ahead. Are there any local statistics or statistical opinions of the real estate values post wildfire? See this blog.

I’m not local citizen…But, I think wildfires will bring some impact because for sure people don’t want to leave near smoke area. It will affect properti value of the area near the wildfires.
